Sunflower oil
Sunflower oil is produced from oil- type sunflower seeds, providing a light oil – both in taste and appearance – with more Vitamin E than any other vegetable oil. A combination of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, with low level saturated fat, sunflower oil is used across the globe thanks to its versatility, high performance, great flavor and its health benefits.
Sunflower oil is low in saturated fat and can help to lower blood cholesterol levels. It is a great source of linoleic acid (Omega 6), an essential fatty acid the body needs, but can’t produce on its own, as well as a good source of Vitamin E. It has a neutral taste and offers a trans-fat free choice as well as excellent.
Rapeseed oil (Colza oil)
Rapeseed oil is the name given to oil produced from the seeds of the oilseed rape crop. The oil largely has two uses — consumption and industrial.
For both uses, visually, the crops and their seeds are fairly identical. However, different varieties are used for each, with different properties.
Culinary rapeseed oil comes from seeds with low levels of compounds identified as potentially unpalatable and unsuitable for consumption in high concentrations.
It’s famous for its affordability and versatility as a cooking oil and is commonly found in salad dressings, fried foods, and baked goods.

Canola oil
Canola oil is variously used in cooking, as an ingredient in margarines as well as industrial uses.
Canola oil has a very mild flavor and other favorable characteristic for human consumption.
Canola oil is somewhat similar to colza oil, except that it is extracted from the canola plant and is different in nutrient values.
The solid parts of canola seed are processed into canola meal, an efficient protein source for dairy herds, livestock, poultry and fish.
Soybean oil
Soybean oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the soybean. It is one of the most widely consumed cooking oils and the second most consumed vegetable oil.
Soybean oil has a relatively high smoke point that makes soybean oil a good option for high-heat cooking methods.
It’s been linked to several health benefits, especially when it comes to your heart, skin, and bones.
